Etene joined Encompass Health in 2022 as the associate administrator. With more than 23 years of experience in healthcare leadership, She holds a master’s degree in business operational excellence from The Ohio State University Fischer College of Business, and a second master’s degree in health care administration from University of Phoenix. Etene is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to joining the Encompass Health family, she worked at The OSU Wexner Medical Center in wound care and hyperbarics, bariatric surgery, weight management and bariatric surgical quality. She also worked at Ohio Health with the endocrinology department physician practice. Etene also co-authored “Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Treatment of Obesity in Adults”

Dr. Brian Walsh joined Encompass Health in October 2020 and became associate medical director in March 2021. He completed medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and his residency in physiatry at the Ohio State University. Since joining The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a joint venture between Premier Health and Encompass Health, he has been the spinal cord injury physician director working towards the accreditation of the program.

Sarah joined Encompass Health in 2019 after serving in the acute care setting of the emergency department for more than eight years. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and achieved her master's degree in nursing administration from Western Governors University. She holds a certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.

Ann Elizabeth joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio in November 2018. She is a West Virginia native and graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Prior to joining Encompass Health, Ann Elizabeth was a staff pharmacist for CVS Health. She is certified in medication therapy management and pharmacy-based immunization delivery through the American Pharmacists Association.

Dr. Mamlouk joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a joint venture between Premier Health and Encompass Health as the medical director in October 2017. He has experience in acute care, long term acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. Dr. Mamlouk completed his medical doctorate at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Aleppo, Syria, and his residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Mich. Dr. Mamlouk is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Mamlouk is an independent private practice physician.

Mike joined Encompass Health in 2023 as the business development director. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership and market development, he holds a master's degree in business administration from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. Mike has completed the leadership program at Harvard University. Prior to joining the Encompass Health family, he has worked with The Cleveland Clinic, Indiana University Health and The Ohio State University - Wexner Medical Center.

Minu Nair joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a joint venture between Premier Health and Encompass Health as a physical therapist in March 2017 with more than seven years of clinical experience in the USA and India. She earned Master of Health Science degree from University of Indianapolis, Ind. She is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist, certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and APTA credentialed clinical instructor. As a representative of stroke team, she has contributed in strategic planning and execution of action plans in quality improvement committees.

Trina joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio as part of the joint venture with Premier Health in February 2024. She brings more than 30 years of nursing and case management experience in acute hospital, insurance, workers’ compensation, private corrections, healthcare marketing, corporate education and disability management. Trina is a registered nurse and certified case manager. Trina received her bachelor of science in nursing from Morehead State University, and master’s degree in nursing with a focus in case management. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors with hiking, kayaking and cooking.

Ed joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a joint venture between Premier Health and Encompass Health, in 2023. He obtained his bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Wright State University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Erin joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio as part of the joint venture with Premier Health in 2020. She brought with her over 10 years of physical therapy experience in the realms of inpatient rehabilitation, trauma recovery, student clinical education, and CARF accreditation. Erin is a certified brain injury specialist, EKSO certified Level 2 clinician, and adjunct faculty at Sinclair Community College PTA program. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science, concentration in kinesiology, and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago. When not working she enjoys spending time with her twin girls and traveling.

Dave joined The Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio, a joint venture between Premier Health and Encompass Health, as the facilities management director in February 2024. Dave is a seasoned facilities management professional with over 15 years of experience in the profit and non-profit sectors. He excels in integrated facilities management, leading diverse teams and collaborating with C-Suite executives. Prior to joining the Encompass Health team, Dave spearheaded global operations, achieving remarkable results in capital projects, resource allocation and security programs. His expertise spans contract negotiation, budget analysis, strategic planning, facilities and project management. With a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Dave brings a strong technical background and leadership acumen to his role. He is committed to driving excellence in facilities operations and contributing to organizational success.
